HABITAT 56 | Cape Dutch Revival Residential Home
Our 6th project in Carrick Creagh Estate, design was completed in early December 2024. We are always happy to have clients who know exactly what they want and will push us to go outside our element of the usual contemporary design. This house is a fusion of heritage and modernity, where the traditional Cape Dutch form is reimagined (Cape Dutch Revival) with contemporary materials and design elements. The clean lines, generous glazing, and luxurious outdoor living spaces make it a standout residence that embraces historic charm and modern elegance. The project is still in the approval process, and construction is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2025.
